As a consulting and planning designer for the aerospace sector, the project team liaised and communicated with relevant committees, offices, and bureaus from 29 major business departments and bureaus stationed at the State Administration for Market Regulation, to complete the project’s relevant demand liaison and planning design work.
Southeast Asia Myanmar National Customs Smart Logistics Supervision Project
As the Overseas Solution Manager for this project, I traveled to Myanmar Customs Headquarters and directly presented, evangelized, and demonstrated technical solutions to all customs officials on behalf of the company. I also answered their questions during the project.
Digital Park Project, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province
As the technical solution architect for this project, I am directly stationed in the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone, liaising with the project commissioning office on technical requirements and architecture planning. Ultimately, I will complete the integration of business needs across various commissions, offices, and the “China Pharmaceutical Port” within the entire development zone, as well as the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, and finalize the planning and design of the technical solution.
Industry Digitalization and Smart Transformation Project of Top 500 Energy Group Companies in China
As an IoT solution architect, this project encompasses a comprehensive set of digital and intelligent transformation experiences, spanning from energy plants, stations, pan-energy stations, and energy hubs. The process involves analyzing needs, developing solutions, signing contracts, providing technical architecture support, and ultimately delivering and implementing on-site. This expertise covers key provinces such as Hunan, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei, and Anhui.
Top-level planning and design project for Xinghua’s new smart city
As the technical solution architect for this project, I serve local state-owned enterprises and ultimately report to the local deputy mayor. In my capacity as a technical architect, I provide technical architecture consulting and planning, or collaborate on promoting the steady development of the project from a business model perspective.
A series of EPC projects and trade matters in overseas XXX countries
As the project development manager, I explored effective business opportunities by engaging with foreign clients at exhibitions and invited them to Beijing directly from Shanghai for business negotiations and the signing of a series of strategic contracts such as MOUs and SCAs. I provided a one-stop service covering development, planning, delivery, and ecosystem, which contributed significantly to the company’s performance at that time.
